Executioner of the Four Chaos Gods

While the "Executioner of the Four Chaos Gods" miniature is excellent quality, the buying experience was incredibly frustrating. My order took nearly two months to arrive. When I asked about the delay, customer service initially claimed it was a "pre-order" item—despite the website having no such warning. After my follow-up emails went completely ignored, I had to send a formal 48-hour final notice threatening a chargeback just to get a response.

In their reply, they finally admitted the truth: they had a manufacturer dispute that delayed production. While they promised a "small gift" to make up for the unpleasant experience, it turned out to be just some tacky adhesive putty. The lack of transparency and poor communication prior to my refund threat was unacceptable. Buy for the quality, but be prepared to fight for your order.

This easily would have been a 5-star review if the order had arrived promptly or if they had just been honest from the start.
