How do I get my unique discount code?
Contact us at chrisky@artgoldenmaple.com. There is no fee to join. We will create a unique discount code for you and send it via email. Please check your inbox (and spam folder, just in case).
How do I earn commissions by referring other painters?
You can promote your discount code in any way you like — through videos, social media posts, or by sharing it directly with friends. To earn commission, the referred customer must complete their purchase on the Golden Maple official website (https://artgoldenmaple.com/) using your unique code. Purchases made through other platforms or without using your code will not count as valid orders and cannot be tracked for commission. Valid orders must be shipped and not have any return or refund requests.
How do my friends get 10% OFF?
Your friends can simply note down your discount code, add their favorite products to the cart, and enter the code in the "Discounts" section at checkout. They can also apply it during the checkout process.
Can my friends combine the 10% OFF with other coupons?
No. The 10% OFF discount cannot be combined with other coupons or promotions.
How do I receive my commission?
Golden Maple will calculate your commission on the 15th of each month based on valid orders (shipped, no returns/refunds, and placed using your code). We will send you a summary via email and transfer your commission to your PayPal account. For your first payout, we will need your PayPal account.
Why haven't I received commission after my friend made a purchase?
If the customer used your discount code, the order has been shipped, and there are no returns or refunds, you should receive your commission. If you haven't received it, please contact our support team at chrisky@artgoldenmaple.com and we will look into it for you.
